Returns & Exchanges

    Hey Everyone!

    All goods ship promptly from the USA.

    Livin Loved will only consider and review requests for return or replacement if the product that was sent out was either broken or had a print error which was caused by us and not someone or something else after it left the warehouse.

    The customer must contact Livin Loved in no more than 20 days after the product has been delivered and provide pictures of the defective garment(s). Please note that the garment must be unused for us to be able to consider the request for a replacement.

    Please note that we are unable to replace or exchange garments that were ordered in the incorrect size or color unless we are notified of this error immediately after the order has been placed.
     
    In case of a lost or damaged order Livin Loved will provide a replacement order. Please take a look at our Terms of Service for the errors we take full responsibility for. Please note that for lost orders over $150 with no tracking information available refunds will not be provided.

    This next one may sound quite harsh but unfortunately is better for us to mention it than to have a problem later. So here it goes…For international orders outside of the USA please note that we are not able to take responsibility for any packages being held up at any custom offices around the world. Please be aware that, you the customer, is responsible for making any custom payments due in the country where you are for the goods to be delivered. This also includes any custom storage charges incurred by your order being help up.

    All refund requests will be reviewed on a case to case basis.

    In the unlikely event that there are still issues with the reprinted garment(s), after receiving all the required information, a full order refund will be placed to your account within 1 business day after you have notified the Livin Loved customer service.

    The refunded amount can be used to cover the cost of a newly placed order or can be withdrawn to your PayPal account.
